Een breed scala aan verschillende profielen maakt het mogelijk om onze standaard profielen in bijna elke toepassing te gebruiken. Alle onze GVK profielen zijn opgebouwd uit lange vezels en matten/weefsels. De lange vezels (roving) in het profiel nemen de longitudinale krachten op. Voor een betere UV bestendigheid en een slijtvast oppervlakte krijgen kan een z.g. 'surface veil' worden toegepast.

As a standard, wordt in de profielen als matrixmateriaal Isophtaalzuur polyesterhars gebruikt. Om speciale eigenschappen te krijgen kunnen de volgende harsen worden toegepast:
- Vinylester hars: extreme corrosion resistance
- Phenol hars: high temperature and fire resistance
- Epoxy hars: special electrical properties
- Acryl hars: low smoke emissions in case of fire
